History
In July 2008 the construction of the TOKYO SKYTREE started. After 4 years in May 2012 the tower opened for the public.

- TOKYO SKYTREE Station is served by TOBU Skytree Line
- Oshiage Station (SKYTREE) is served by TOBU Skytree Line, Tokyo Metro Hanzomon,
- Narita SKY ACCESS Keisei Line and Toei Asakusa Line
- Asakusa Station is served by Tokyo Metro Ginza Line
- 15min from Asakusa Station to TOKYO Skytree
- Kinshicho Station is served by JR Sobu Line, Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line
- 30min from Kinshicho Station to TOKYO Skytree

Festival & Events (dates can change without notice)

Sumidagawa Fireworks Festival (last Saturday in July)
Over one million people watch this fireworks show along the Sumidagawa River. Its history is dating back till 1732. Book your ticket for the TOKYO SKYTREE early enough and enjoy the spectacular view of the fireworks from 450 metres above ground.
