Not only for me is Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion) in Kyoto the most beautiful temple in Japan. Every detail is pure perfection and it will take your breath away. The Japanese garden surrounding the temple makes this whole scenery simply perfect. The place burned down so many times in its history, but it was always rebuilt afterwards. I went there twice in the last couple of years and I just enjoyed these moments.
